hi everyone,

i got a several suggestions from another thread and also some are through emails that request for a character pack already rigged and animated with FPSC standard animation.

But i have a question about the license of usage of that animation,
is it really ok to sell a pack which has FPSC animation inside it ??

Because i can't find any information regarding the license on FPSC site, this is the only information that i can find:
http://www.fpscreator.com/license.html

so if someone could give me pointers, that would be really helpful

thank you for your help,

Evi

It would definitely not be okay, unless you had permission from TGC, which I doubt you'd get (but I guess there's no harm in asking).

However, if you could convince them to release it as one of their products, you'd be okay.

Given the quality of your models, it might be worth trying to cut them a deal.

As an alternative, you could provide a tutuorial on how people with Milkshape or Fragmotion could do a DIY job using the animations from FPSC.

Just some suggestions, I hope you figure it out somehow.

im glad you brought this up.

this is a very valid point and should be answered by TGC themselves.

we need to know specifically what we can and cant do with the animations.

If you own Fragmotion you can get the animations by importing an enemy.
