If I buy FPS creator brand new and sealed on ebay, do I still have access to the updates and new model packs etc...which are located on the fps creator website ?

If it is sealed you will have the serial number in the box. That should get you any updates in the future. New model packs can be bought, even if you dont own FPSC.

If the serial is fake or already been used, then you're outta luck.

I've seen used copies of FPSC on various boards selling for $5.
