After looking at these wonderful segment tools the community is making, it got me thinking.

You know what the ultimate segment tool would be? For someone to write a Milkshape plug-in for making segments.

Imagine this: in Milkshape you could model walls, angled, twisted diagonal etc each as thier own group and materials and insure they all fit together perfectly and use the tool to instanly create a segment with all the files going to the right locations. What I'm getting at is having the ability to actually model the geometry within the segment editor instead of importing the models. just a thought.

Thats what the weld and punch are for.
TGC's design for a segment editor looks good to me.
I just can't get the TGC one to work on my crappy computer.

Not a bad idea though.
Plug-ins for the most popular modeling tools would make sense.

Sounds promising, and I look forward to it Dodic.

Dodic, I hope you don't mind me asking...
Is English a second language for you?
I notice you have a hard time spelling things correctly.
That can lead to serious bugs, and can delay your progress.
Anyway, if English is a second language, then I commend you on your efforts and hard work.
Best Wishes Dodic

(English is my first language, and I still mis-spell things)
