This is a freeware image converter that converts dds , jpg , png and bmp , i made it with the purpoise for converting texture files for fpsc.
It doesnt have an interface yet , but will have it tomorrow as soon as i finish it.
BUT IT IS VERY SIMPLE TO USE.
Just write the file name/location of the file you want to convert in "IN.INI"
And write the file name/location of the file (dont forget extension) you want to convert to .
(and it will turn rountime error if you try to convert to allready existing filename)
