Team requests are not allowed on this forum presumably because n00bs would just ask people to everything for them an get all the credit at the end, but what about if you really can't do something? Like me, i can't get animated character into FPSC because a can't use fragmotion or milkshape.

This is supposed to be a help forum so why not help them? We all know how much work needs to go into a game for it to be good and not be a "stock media" game. if a person can present a reasonable arguement for request the commnities help then why not?

I came up with all the jobs that need doing on my game:
Creator (comes up with idea for game)
Concept artists: Characters/objects
: Scenary/Landscape
Modellers: Characters
: objects/other entities
: Segments
Texturers: Characters/entities
: Segments and signs
Scripter
Animator: Characters/doors/weapons etc
: Cut-scene/movies
Screenplay writer
Level designer (and maker)
Compiler (puts it all together)
Cut-scene maker
Sounds: SFX
: Music
decal maker (for custom decals like new sparks)
Cast (Voice Actors)

There are 13 differnt categories there a some have sub-categories, the 13 gets 7.89% of the profit made and in the sub-categories, the 7.89% is divided up into either 2 or 3 depending on how many sub-categories are in that category, they get about 2.something%. This encourages the "requester", who is almost always the tam leader to do more work so that he gets the most money. If he doesn't offer these kind of terms and condition we could turn him/her down.

However this offers seem reasonable enough; if you want more money, do more for the game. Just thought i'd sneek i team request and views about why they are banned,
AE
P.S: 7.89% Is rounded, 13 x 7.89% adds up to about 99.2% The 0.8% would be spent of software, up-keeping a website or advertising.

Origin says i'm l33t

Make a website.
Advertise you positions there.
Have people visit your website.

Can you imagine the amount of stuff that FPSC users can't do for themselves that they'd like other people to do for them?

The people who try to learn the skills themselves and manage to get things rolling without help are invariably the ones who actually get help. Artists like to be inspired, if your work has more effort than skill then they pick up on that and can see areas where their skills could make a big difference. Without concept artwork for modellers to work from, you'll get nowhere - why should the artist have to design the game, that's your job. It's not a matter of being able to draw, it's a matter of being able to throw a model together in the space of an hour instead of a whole evening of work that often isn't used and always needs changed. Often a modeller will just need the basic idea that they can work from, concept art should be part of a design document that you share with the whole team.

Locking this.
