I want to make a MMOFPS game but I want more than 8 players. Is there any way to do that?

Is there any way people can create there own servers on the game?

firstly dont be silly running servers on a mmofps is just too costly and fpsc doesnt work that way

secondly your setting your self up for the flaming of a decade asking question like this

and thirdly if you want to explore mmorpg or fps look at either torque game engine or realmcrafter or kaneva

and finally

if you want to add extra players to your multiplayer experience change the generated ini file on completion and make sure you have the characters installed

and finally the only reason i havent set you up for a flaming is i asked this question on the possiblility of building a mmorpg in a different engine only to get flamed by in my opinion

the small minded petty individuals that have no vision

even going so far as certain mods mocking me because i suffer from dyslexia

then theres users like megaton who just mock people for the shear hell of it

the moral of this story is be carefull what you ask for you may get flamed

ps good luck in your endeavors
