ok man do this:
1)build your game, save it to your desktop (easier to find)
2).rar or .zip the folder
3)burn the zipped or rarred file to a disk
4)send it to your friends/clients

1)purchase a packer (they are pretty cheap)
2)build your game
3)pack the program
4)burn it to disk
5)distribute
for downloading just simply compress the folder and upload it to your favorite site and then build a website that advertises it but do not enclude the link for download. have them send you an email and then you send them the link to download it.
