When i create a 1 level multiplayer map, and build the game, what will appear in the main page? will it be multiplayer settings? (like Join game, create game, etc?) or will it be the regular menu settings?

Yes (Multiplayer Settings -Host/Join/Name/Exit).

You can also find this on page 14 of the Paper Manual and some extra stuff on page 76 of the PDF Manual.

Mabey not options, but there you change your name.

First it will prompt you to make a name anyways.
