Okay my computer broke a while again and I lost all my files so I need to know how come when I go to my order hstory there is no download button to get FPS creator which I payed for.

My top 3 fav Shooter games
Halo 1 & 2, Ghost Recon 2, Half-Life 2

Because it was never there in the first place.

I guess it's too much to hope you keep back-ups of your emails? I.e. the one with the download instructions in?

If you do... you've got the details. If not, contact Support and request the email is re-sent (they will need your order receipt, or at the very least some details to search for your order with.. name, address, zip code, etc etc).
