i know how to take screen shot and put into my games folder as bmp.file
how do i upload it to the forums page, plus change it from bmp file to jpeg?

open it in ms paint
start>accsessories>paint

and paste the image

then save as, and select jpeg.

when you post on the forums, hit the browse button below your post, select the file, and hit the post button.
