why are the models so big. it would work better if they were sized down.

What do you mean they're so big? They're fine to me, don't know why your saying this, not unless there's a bug is there?

When I import any meshes from FPSC into TrueSpace, they are quite huge.

scale it down in the fpe...or get E.C.S. pro and scale it down in realtime.

The only other alternative is to resize the model in a modeling program; but what bullshock suggests is much easier, and far quicker.
