Not too familiar with Maya, but it might be easier to export to a more common, different format (such as .3ds) and then find a converter to convert it into a .x file.

Is this DirectX SDK plug-in is good or I wont get good results ???

DirectX SDK is ok. It's really buggy, you can't have more than 1 animation set (only the keyframes that are visible on the timeline will export), and you can't create animation clips for export. Other than that it works fine. To be honest, I really hated it to start with, especially as there really isn't a way to export into any other useful formats. I'd suggest downloading the SDK and having a play. Once you learn the limitations (much trial and error), it's actually a useful tool.
