FPSC Classic Product Chat / 2 hours downloading fpsc then the blue screen of death on the last minute

I wait patiently for my order to be confirmed... wait patiently while it downloads... then the BSOD just comes up wasting the last 2 hours! AND rubbing salt into the wound i wont get time to use it for another 24 hours!!!! I hate this rubbish computer!!!!!!!!1

if u try downloading it again usually it starts again in the same place that u got to b4 but im not sure how the electronic download of fpsc (not mail order) works so ill shut up now...

Why another 24 hours? that doesn't make any sense. Just re-download it and start having fun and remember to have lots of tylenol handy you made need it for the frequent migranes you will suffer, and don't worry the delusion goes away after a few days.

I think he has dail up, and hes probably a kid, who has to be in school all day, then maybe he has to share the computer. Thats why he has to wait.

yeh i do go to school and my sister is on the computer all day but i got fpsc on the 2nd attempt luckily! and i gonna get a new computer for my birthday in may.

@bullshock2,
yeh on some demo's from other peeps i downloaded it sais my computer does not support some of the shader effects and i end up in a toxic green room with a toxic green gun

yes it arrived this morining

right now my doors are stuck in walls as well as the windows

to fix the blue screen of death:

in command prompt:

chkdsk /p
chkdsk /r

works for me(they take up to an hour)*better than 24*

Why? That won't do anything besides check the hard drive for internal errors.

Blue Screen Of Death?
Windows 98 or below.

NT OS (2000, NT, XP, Vista) is SOO superior that it will just crash windows, restart it, and act like nothing happend. I can only get the Blue Screen if I have invalid hardware configurations. (And for some reason, my new ram)

If you are runing 98, then I will let you know that I am having errors running FPSC on that OS.
