I have been trying to put a new gun in all was goin well then when it ran it appeared in totally the worng place and isnt moving when i change any of the align figures i nthe gunspec anyone got any ideas?

i tried it with an axe but for some reason i get a fully animated wooden stick!

Well... I would advise making sure that the head was nice and strong... a little bit of superglue wouldn't hurt either.

Could be exported in the direction. More info, like the steps you took from 3d app to export and gunspec would help, as there could be a hiccup in any part of the pipline that would cause the problem.

well yo be onest i used all info of the keenblade and edited them to my axe...

but then i get a stick!
