Okay, this is only a show-off, so I shoudn't post such stuff in a game forum then flame me. But still this is the 3d forum though.

rendered in maya default renderer (no fancy renderer like mental ray, brazil or renderman...etc). No reatouching (cept for the signature, but that doesn't count), it only a rendered picture.
No photos used. Everythin made from scratch.

Things I'v would fixed if I should have made those again:
- Modeled 3 different models, 3 different textures, instead of modeling one object then clone it add bones with ik, then bend it a little, painted 3 different textures than just change the color of the color layer.
-Make the shadows harder and darker under the chillies.
-Make a fake color bleeding (witch the maya renderer doesn't have).
-Either set up several direct light's to give the impression of Global illumination, or use a plugin to do it.
-Bend those chillies a little more (actualy these types of chillies are that streight, but as an 3d artist you allways have to make the impression of reality, reality itself is often too weird to be accepted as realistic computer graphics). And if I had bended those, lets say 30 degree curve, then the image would be more interesting to look at.

Very nice, I would have been tempted to ask if they were fake if it wasn't for the shadows

Cheers,

I've seen this before. So, youve been posting at www.darkbasic.net as well?
