i just tried using some counter-strike weapons in my fps but they all seem to be mirrored. has anyone else found this and know how to fix it? There doesnt seem to be a way to mirror models in db. Also rotating them is a nightmare in db! yrotate does x-axis and z and x rotate both seem to do z-axis!

any help wud be great- thanks

its probably the orientation of the model in the first place and if its spinning off centre then its centrepoint is out of whack.

load the weapon into milkshape and export as a direct x file with the alignment of the model and its centerpoint set to suit your game.

You wont be able to use this model in a commercial game without breaking copyright but it will be fine as a test placer.
