How can I create a objectives screen by pressing a button

like press b and a screen appear a said all objective

Please I REALLY NEED TO KNOW THAT

You use a HUD image an script it to use Enter (The only key we can use I believe?) Check out CE's nightvision script which you can modify for this purpose.
