Well, I made billboards. The thing is, when I have for example, a plant, theres a small blue outline around the edges. This is not a problem with the texture. I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of this outline. Thanks.

this same problem exists in dbpro. try setting the transparency flag of an object to something other than 1.
2 and 3 seem to work best for me, although others say they like 4.

Lampton Worm- "No, I didn't manage to solve this issue. I didn't understand the solutions given on the thread you posted a link to. The image that you posted describing your problem wasn't exactly the same problem I was having. My problem looks like the image that Red Oktober linked under the Step 4. Or is that what your problem was also?"

xMilk- "I'm sorry, but that option in the SDK takes a bool, not an integer (At least the last time I checked. Well believe me, I'll look again very soon)."

Red Oktober- "I looked at that. I was wondering since I am obviously not using these graphics for a website, should I choose No Matte? I guess I could deal with it being a little jagged. Well, I guess I'll look for that option in Fireworks since I don't own Photoshop. I will let you know how it goes."

Thanks for trying to help me out. I hope I get it figured out eventually, because let's face it, having outlines around a picture can make just about any game look unprofessional.

See you around:

Hi ya,

What really bugs me about this issue is I used to have it on DBP, then a version came along that fixed it, but I've since I've moved to DGSDK where the problem re-appears and I can't recall exactly what/how it was fixed before, argh!

Anyway, it may be that we simply need an update to DGSDK which will inherit a fix, hopefully so. May be worth dropping an example directly to Lee/Mike meanwhile and/or posting another bug.

Cheers
