I have Been using FPS creator and BASIC and i want to try out DB pro. If i buy DB pro would i need to buy a texture and/or a 3D modelling kit. I only have about $120 to spend.

Well, I don't think you can buy all of those with only $120, I would suggest saving up $70 more and buying the last pack of these bundles. It has Cartography Shop, which is a World Builder, Texture Maker, which you can make textures with, and Darkmatter, a model pack that has premade models

I would go with dbp download ($70)
and T.ed for ($30)
and Milkshape ($25) i think it is
Grand total ($125) or somewhere close this will allow you to create your own models using milkshape and landscapes with T.ed and put it all together with dbp seems like the best route to go (imo).
Unless you can do as Gil has said and save up the extra $70 texture maker is a very good program as well as 3dws.

Yeah the boxed is 90 the downloaded version is 70 and i think that the bundle packs only offer the boxed version though, i didn't see a downloadable offered in the bundles but they also give Riftspace and Starwraith games in the bundle as if you bought the regular 90 box, don't get those with downloadable.

on the internet maybe? website is http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft/index.html

But i would ask the 3d modellers down at the 3d talk to make a model i need, and maybe make small changes using wings, which is free.
