Is anyone interested in text box's and listbox. it all done using dgsdk commands and stanard c++. it also using some boost lib's

there is an example attached.
it was going to be an item editor but i am doing it all in c++ outside of dgsdk now. no reason to have huge requirements for an item editor.

Hi,

I'm worried because your item editor is raising an error in my pc, it cannot find "d3dx9_24.dll".

Which DX9 version should I be using?

@zao420, I gave it a quick whirl, it loaded fine, but when I hit 'add' I got a Debug Error dialog and I chose to hit 'abort'. Also hitting load doesn't do anything for me at least.

Either way, may be a useful post into the codebase though, sure someone will use it or learn from it.

Cheers

Thanks Lamptom, I got the file, but shouln't it come with some DX version?
I have take a look to all the mess around DBPro 6b2-3 missed dlls, but I haven't done it with detail, should I?

[edit]
ok, I've got Direct X 9c Feb 06 Runtime, but I'm not installing it since I don't want to give SDK a chance of stop working right now. Sorry, I'll try your textbox someday.

yea the load function is kinda hard coded it will only load the file if you save it first or have the file. was going to have a file dialog but i stop making it and using just c++.

hmm i tried to get an error to popup but was unable to, what was the error

It happens when you type text into one of the numeric fields.
