Click the "Mode" menu and select the "Figure" option.
That'll put you in Figure mode (fancy that), where you can configure the bones.
Do be aware though that you will not be able to export any of your animations from Anim8or into any file format that is remotely usable in DB Pro or classic. You can export Anim8or models to .OBJ or .3DS format and then find something else to convert them into .X or .DBO, but there won't be any of your animations saved in the model file.
