Anyone got a good biped walk animation I can have for Milkshape plx?

I've learned how to use milkshake now but still animating a walking biped is very hard to make look real so has anyone got a file I can beg borrow or steal so I can convert it to my needs?

Even if its not a full body and just a pair of legs I'd be happy.

I tried importing my 3DS dark matter files but they lost their bones/anims

there was a full animation (milkshape) file about 1-2 months ago, do a thread search and you should find it...
