Why the 3D Chat board? What does it have to do with the FPS Creator, which has a huge assortment of boards specifically for FPSC, thats above the 3D Chat board. Did you just click any board and hope it was right?

Everything is worth buying if it will help your life in a way you see suitable. If you want to create detailed, online FPS's without any need of programming experience, just skills in dragging-and-dropping, unless you feel the need to do some scripting, then sure FPSC is worth it. If you want to do more of the tough side of gaming, that of the programming genre, then purchase something like DGSDK or DBP, or DBC if you're short on money.

In the future, read the titles of the boards its not too difficult to decide which board to post in.

Well, FPS Creator seems pretty kewl, and pretty easy to use, i've heard theres a few bugs on it, however, I would also try and consider Quikly game pro,

http://www.quikly.com Its just been released, there have been problems with the first batch of deliveries, but they should be sorted soon, the forum on the website is down, but everything should be in order sometime tomorrow, I would look more into both products before you decide if it is worth the money

Actually the demo of Quikly is of early stages lol, and FPS creator only has media for Nazi/Sci fi type games, so to compete would be a misjudge Besides, anyone would pick Quikly over it (Just can imagine Sam and Lee having a fight over it, I put my money on Sam)

I bought FPSC Creator and I like it although I confess I haven't tried Quikly yet.Probably end up buying that too sooner or later. If you want to make a first person shooter get FPSC Creator.Like they said try the demos first. You might want to check in the FPSC forums, too.

Not changing this sig until I get rich
