How many polies is it? Seeing as your using milkshape, you could easily slim down on the polies using the DirectX Mesh Tools if you have the latest version (1.6.5 i believe)

Nice work!

Thanks! Real happy someone likes it. (now i'm gonna be in nirvana all night). RPGamer, yes i used milkshape, and yes i have the latest version, and yes in five minutes i'm gonna try what you said. Thx darkcorridor.
BTW, if anyone want'a i can upload the model for you all download. The place around the groin looks pretty weird though, been trying to redo it, but no success.

The legs look too short. You might wanna fix his upper torso, and of course, give him a neck.

Am I a butterfly dreaming I'm a man?
Or a bowling ball dreaming I'm a plate of samishi?
Never assume that what you see or feel is real.

Yup, i think the legs should be longer. but i don't agree in the neck thing, whae i created it, it had a neck, but it was so long and made the head look real puny. I just couldn't make the neck long enough so i removed it.

Looks good for a messy start Clean the mesh, then begin the shaping. Whats the poly count?

And now the Form Critique:
1. Give the man a neck.
2. His torso is rather large compared to his legs.Vica Versa.
3. Work on the feet. There more out of shape then my own crappy attempts!!AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Cheers man

thanks. It's about 1700 polys now, still working on it, made a typo a post "also, i'm unable to texture it in lithunwrap, because when i click the preview, it crashes"
anyone have any ideas why this happens?
