Some of you might have seen these models before, but here they are anyways.

Biscuits the Cat

2072 polys (yes I know its alot)

Took me like 1 hour 30 min.

Sam the duck (The first good model I ever make, My personal favourite)

599 polys

Took me about 2 days.

Johnny the caveman

Hes 1624 polys

Took me like 5 days to a week.

Well what do you think? These are models are supposed to be cartoon-themed, they aren't made for you to make you go "Wow !! This is the best !!" But maybe a little "lol" or "cool" would be appreciated ;-D

Please rate the models according to your likings, and tell me which is your favourite and why.

I think you did a good job on keeping the theme with all of them, having there eyes pop out of there heads makes them look cartoonish in a good way, some are a bit to high poly, but i like them.

Thanks, I know they're high poly (I mentioned that in my first post) But still, they are loveable, not to mention huggable ! "Guys, do not hug Johnny, he has a bad habit of knocking heads if anyone gets too close to him !"

They're nice. The style makes me think of Conkers Bad Fur Day for the N64, who knows how long ago that was. Seems like yesterday, but people around here seem to think it weird to be loving the '64 more than the PS2...

conker's bad fur day was reproduced almost perfectly for the newer systems, but they changed the name. It's still the same game and it kicks @$$.

Here's an idea for you...

Thanks, it wasnt that hard, just make the body, and extrude both sides along the x axis, then yo continue extruding it from the back (negative z axis) and positioning edges with some smoothing till you've got it. Ok fine, it WAS that hard

Your caveman reminds me of Conkers Bad Fur Day. I wonder why...

The poly count isnt that bad, 1500 polys is still easily usable in a game or movie clip. I like the look of them they all have a smooth texture, look, to them.

Thanks, the reason I coloured them is because I can't texture, and I can hardly generate uv maps. But I think its good that way. If you would like to see and view the models yourself in a program, please contact me.
