FPSC Classic Product Chat / dynamic lights wont work in the built exe? plz help

hey i have a game, and when i test the level the flickering lights/ light switch lights work fine, but when i build the game, the 'switch lights' are already set to on and the switch doesnt work. also, the flickering lights dont flicker, they just stay on (light static lights) its really weird. any help appreciated.
