OK now i made this aplication simple,

You make a .BMP file in paint or whatever and then you load it into this program,Then the properties of it will be shown in .RTF text that is uneditable so you cant mess it up.

after that just save as a .ICO and there you got your own detailed icon!(sorry not transperancy fixed yet)

Then use ResHacker to put your icon on your game and there you go!

i uploaded the whole file,
Please only install the setup...

Then it will be in start menu under:

Home/ICOmaker

(that home is because my dad licensed VB to Home)

you can also just use pictures from people so this is usefuller.

well i finaly found out how to change from image types!(except this way wont work with .jpg or .GIF and that is what i think too bad)

i tested it with a photo of my friend,

it seems to work with folder icons so it whould work too with normal icons.(in VB.net 2005 pro it wont for some reason it says its not an image file)

but still,my first aplication in a month that acualy works!

No anoying textbox.
A .ico to .bmp(maybe)feature
