Hi,

I'm thinking of purchasing 'FPSC'. Is it really worth it? I'm just looking for some general views on it from owners of the software.

I think it is worth it.If you want some more information search the forums. There are several posts that cover this.
If you are looking for a fairly easy way to make first person shooters this is for you.
If you are trying to make the next Halo/Half Life/Doom you might try something else.
There is a free demo you can download and check it out for yourself.
Like I said I recommend it but it is a matter of personal preference.

Think of what you can do, and make it so.

It's worth purchasing it if you enjoy playing fun, entertaining games without the need for coding. Although you will not create the next Halo over night, you will see quick results. Overall, i would buy it if your time is limitied, or if your a game developer who dosn't want to learn a programming language.

Yes, FPSC is worth it.
It's the best software I've ever bought for only $50.
I love it.

I haven't tried RealmCrafter, but I doubt the License is as good as FPSC.
I can't seem to find RealmCrafter's License. (where is it)
Anyway RealmCrafter is only $55 bucks for the standard version, and it solves the requests for melee and mmorpg!

RealmCrafter is not a shooter though, so I say buy both!
Just remember, RealmCrafter is a WIP (work in progress), so expect bugs.
I need it for my MMORPG called Gladiator Quest.

u can make it a shooter, import a gun object, import a bullet object and set the bullet as a projectile and set the gun to use the bullet projectile when used. and u can sell or give away anything u make with realm crafter but u cant share it or give away any part of it or modify the character models.

It is a great program and very fun to use . Other programs like Signs 2 , Fpspack, and others make it even better ! You really can't expect anything better for under 60 bucks. It is very well worth the money in my opinion. Atari days user ya know. Now that was a dream come true back then ! Look what you have now !!!

V2 is designated as a bug fix. Thus, it will be free.

If it is packaged with aditional "add-ons" it will have aditional fees tacked on.
