in all technicalitys, TGC OWNS all orders for FPSC, so, if you have comfirmation of a order, they can technically give you your key... of course I don't know if they will, but it is a good place to start.

Except where they've no idea whether you actually own the software or not. What if someone just downloaded it illegally and needs a key? - not suggesting that Benny is doing anything like that, but I'm sure you see how TGC need to be cautious.

I think that if you can proove to TGC that you own FPSC they'll be happy to give a new key - it might involve actually sending the DVD back to them - since you've lost the manual of course, if you had the manual then a bit of page from that would actually suffice as proof of purchase most of the time.

Van B, I expected something like that. Hence, "comfirmation of a order". It is nice to know that TGC will redistibute a CD-Key to you if you can prove the order/ having an Original FPSC CD. I have lost quite a few CD Keys before, and the company offered no assistance in the matter... Then again, the product was also out of print? Not being well distributed I mean.
