Greetings. I am new. I ordered the electronic download of the fpscreator and both model packs. I got the model packs and it says fpscreator was sent but did not come. What am I missing? Hopefully you regulars can clue me in. Thanks guys!

Wait for it to arrive. Also, it might be in your junk folder, due to your spam filter. If not, then wait for the boxed version to arrive. If it still doesn't come, try this link:

Thanks tom. Dont care for the boxed version since delivery will take forever to me. Unlikely its in my spam filter since the other emails arrived just fine. So your saying it does normally email you the program and a serial?? ThankS!

When you log in. Go to orders, there should be a table, and then a download link in the actions column.

If you bought FPSC from TGC then you should have received an email with specific download instructions on how to get the electronic version of FPSC.
