3Ds Max was used to make the models for FPSC model pack 2, and the the forum member who made the models for TGC for FPSC is bond1 hyrumark,

actually bond1 made model pack 2

the original models for fpsc were made by the tgc design artist

as far as i can remeber he is called simon
