Not the boring kind of desktop. Here's mine:

Obviously cleaned up before hand. Don't go thinking I'm this neat, this desk is usually cluttered with crap that I shouldn't even have.

And check out that huge 12x9" Tablet that just arrived last week.
This is actually my SMALL chair. My big chair broke, and the new one will arrive in just over a week.
Headset used in pwning Benjamin in online games.
19inch monitor.
Logitech wireless keyboard.
(I'm actually mentioning the keyboard? Lame)

Now lets see the rathole you newbs work in.

p.s If anyone is up for some Skype, my user is romankrem.

Here's mine, and unlike some people it's nearly always this neat!

Is that Graphics Tablet a Nisis? It looks remarkably like the one i got, same dimensions 'n' all. Mine is crap, it's just so unresponsive, i guess i should have saved up for a Wacom.

Dude?!? are you lookin to crack some skulls, or you normally find yourself at the recieving end of bullies and need to fight back? Just couldn't help but notice that big red book on Aikido conveniently placed on your desk!

Sexy case & monitor hexGEAR! You sure know how to roll.

Heh. I'm a long-term practitioner, that book got some awsome theory. I borrowed it from the library so much, I just decided to buy my own copy, which I keep by my desk and whip out to browse through during long loading times. Definatly one of the best books on the subject. (Just in case you were interested in trying the art out someday.
And no, I've done my share of "Skull cracking".
(Both giving and receiving end)

The Tablet is an Adesso. Works wicked, but takes a while to get used to as all tablets.

x1b: Talking about the tall chairs? Got one of those too...(before I snapped it somehow). It's awsome because it's high enough to conceal the person sitting in it...

(Well dunno about other people. I'm 5"9 and it covers my head)

That my friend...is beautiful.

I used to be extremly messy, but I've changed for some reason. As I'm taking design more seriously now, I constantly whip out my sketchbook and draw, so can't afford to have a mess in there. I also drink unnatural amounts of tea at my desk, and yes, it's been knocked over by cats. Several times.

My english teacher used to say:
They say that the person is like hes table. It is better to be messy than completely empty.
But I think that's just an execuse why he didnt bother to clean it up. -and the excuse I'll be using-

I'll post my desktop tomorrow

Machine on the left is my server -i know Im not supposed to play Frozen bubble with it - And my laptop and scanner. Blue one is my working machine, actually, its only machine I have had to pay over 20 euros. My old 80846 is sitting without a case, that's my gaming machine (Im serious). As you can see, one machine is my slashdot and alarm clock (bedroom coder ;P). I have totally 8 computers, most of them I got for free.

BTW, I noticed one thing, there is no picture with two chairs -including mine, so you must go out with your friends?

mine isn't nearly as cool as Flynn's...

but here's my main setup, (i have a secondary "old computer" used for those extreme circumstances when somebody else in the family actually needs to use the computer )

monitor is 19"

(teehee now we have Megaton's within Flynn's within Me's within Mine )

don't ask why the TV remote is next to the speaker... it was a candid shot and i have no earthly clue why it's there... *goes to put it back next to the TV)
yes, shame of shames, i keep my tower on the floor...
(oh, and btw, that big white thing on the left is an HP laserjet 5 printer )

my beautiful main system, my dad uses this one, so the workstation is tidy

my old pc which i keep in my room, its an alright spec AMD Duron 1.8ghz, and my beloved Toshiba laptop which i do all my coursework on. all my sound comes through the big black amp, which is linked to two big speakers. too bad it isn't fast enough to play many decent games but Half Life plays great on it.

notice the T-Rex lurking alongside the tower unit, scary.

Funny how it seems a lot of you try and cram all the gadgets you can into the shot

I'll take a pic of mine tonight and show you. It's really boring, as all I use at home is a supah notebook, but I'll try to make it "candid" with the LCD TV, Yamaha keyboard, game consoles, dig. camera, and MP3 player all in the shot

actualy, if I crammed all my gadgets into the shot you wouldn`t see the PC`s , theres 4 more handhelds, 3 mp3 players, 1 video camera, two static cameras (1 webcam), 5 calculators (3 programable), a robot dog, flying saucer, DVD portable player, DAB radio, 3 remote controls for model aircraft +4 planes, two more desktops and a laptop downstairs, a lcd home cinema projector, a 32" tft tv, a DVD/HD recorder, sat decoder, 5.1 surround sound system and digital TV decoder, that realy was a candid shot, (BTW I just realised how sad all that is and I just realised why I`m always skint )
