Hey, I've been working on an animated movie and I've been having a lot of hassles trying to import the characters into other scenes. I'm using maya, and I know a lot of you don't, but I think some of the same principles may apply.

Here's what's wrong. My main base character that I build all mine off of was built too big. I try to scale it in both the original and in the actual scene. I have all the correct hierarchy stuff set up, and I've tried a whole bunch of different troubleshooting ideas. Many times the model's proportions get messed up and jagged ect. If anyone's had this problem and could help me that'd be great. Thanks.
