Umm... Ok...

Well, your collision is pretty messed up (colliding with a building sends you flying all over the map and then gets you stuck in the sky box), the control key only sharp turns you left there should be a sharp turn for the right (though I recommend eliminating the arrow key turning all together and just use the mouse to move the camera), there isnt too good of an explanation of what to do either, and some of your ammo boxes are un reachable...

Still, if its your first game then its alright.

redownload it. sometimes IE messes up rar's/zip's when download gets interrupted
