Hi
Can any1 tell me whats good and whats bad with 3D WS and gile[s]?
Any 1 more thing... In gile[s] can i make a box and then add a vertex point / polygon point?

hayer,if you expect others to take the time to answer your questions? then take the time to bloody well spell the damn question out. Not "any1" but "Anyone". And,what you're asking, is the equivalent of "Why Cows and not Rubix Cubes?"

One is ment for modeling and terrain editing,the other for lightmapping.

Because cows can give you milk, whereas Rubix cubes leave you in therapy for the rest of your life.

I've tried demos of both, you should too, from experience I prefer 3DWS, giles seemed to be a bit slower on my system

Im going to assume that you ment, that you tried lighting in 3DWS and Giles and not that you tried modeling/terrain editing in both Giles and 3DWS, elsewise, your statment made as much sense as "Well, I tried both bodysurfing from the back of a Mac Truck and Fondling Wet Puppies. The Wet puppy fondling was less colorfull"
