I just fiddled around for awhile and found that replacing "DBproSetupDebug.dll" and "core.dll" from patch 4 with the ones from patch 3.1 fixes the problems I was having and still have most of the improvements of patch 4.

Information for you guys that can't stand page tearing.

If more people could test this and see if its a temporary fix?

Ehhhh, I wouldn't start messing with that stuff, but that's just me.
It would be nice to compare the two files and see if there is something different or not.
If not, then it might work, but then again, we could use the opinion of the guys who actually wrote the program.

Well it worked for me so just relaying some information for the almost finished projects that may have encountered some problems with patch 4 but need some things that was fixed. Every demo that came with dbpro compiles and runs fine on my computer so far and it fixed the syncing problem I was having with my project. Considering I only have one more weekend to finish it, I didn't want to recode the whole thing.
