Ok well i need to load a .png file into game...so i tried using the sign maker (signs 2) but it didnt work saying "must be 24 bit or lower" and i dont know what this means.....how else could i get this in game?

some decals probelms - can i remove the audio from them, i see no options to do so? Can i lower the decals to look like are coming out of the ground? instead of hovering above the ground..

You can convert the .png to a .jpg or .tga and see if that helps.
You can do this with DDS Converter 2 or Gimp.They are both free.
Search the web to find out where to download them.
Use the page up and page down buttons to raise and lower decals and other entities.
