Hey All!

I was wondering if anyone knew how I would be able to make a trigger zone, not just turn off my light, but change it from light1 to light2 (so from normal to flickering)

Any helps is HUGELY appreciated!

Thnx a million!

You could assign light1.fpi to the AIMAIN and then use runfpidefault=2 and assign light2 to the AIDESTROY when the player is in zone. A dynamic light must have these scripts but you can use ifused=blah.

light
:activated=0:lighton,state=3
:activated=1:lightoff,state=2
:state=3,activated=2:state=1
:state=1:lighton
:state=1,random=10:lightoff

zone
:state=0,plrwithinzone=1:activateifused=2

it will turn on and off like normal with switch2, switch3, or switch
But, if it is on, upon you entering the zone it will flicker.

Or!!!

Just put 2 lights in the same place, one with light1.fpi and the other lightoff.fpi to flicker. Set both of their names the same then add that name in the "IFUSED" of the trigger zone.

When you reach the trigger zone, one light turns off. The other turns on and flickers.

Waste of a light, you can only have 100 of them, and I am... going to debug DevilDogs issue some more... perhaps an issue with multiple lights... unknown. End result is to use as little as possible, FPSC causes weird errors sometimes.
