Right click the object, and select move to move. Do the same but select rotate to... rotate.

Also, please start using some grammar in your posts, dont post with exclamation marks in the forum names, and using a capital for the first letter of every sentence wouldn't hurt either.

<edit>

Just wondering, I've noticed you have version 7 of 3DS Max. And something like 9 is the latest release... And you're asking this question now, which makes me think you must be fairly new to 3DS Max...

Looks like you either didnt bother to purchase the most recent version (which would be strange...) or something else...

*RUCCUS calls 3DS Max Poh-Leece.

My point was updates for 3DS Max are free, so the only thing stopping you from updating your very old version 7 to the most recent would be an illegal liscense that doesnt validate with the updater.

And seriously, all bold? Im glad your easing off the rapage of your exclamation mark but switching to all bold text is worse.

<edit> Nvermind you changed it.

no worries, i actually had the same problem a while ago, and i like to think of myself as a competent user, but i must have toggled it off by accident, confused the hell out of me.

no there not - service packs are free, but point releases, and i think even half point releases cost money

ie 7 to 8 would cost some
but 8 to 8 sp1 wouldn't

if it was free to upgrade from 7 to 8, and infact all others then they would never get any money off anyone.

you can purchase subscriptions which cost so much every year, but then you get the upgrades for free, though you dont if you follow

and the latest version of max is 8 not 9
