FPSC Classic Models and Media / changing a gun model

I have tried changing the model of a gun in FPSC. First I tried changing the VWEAP file, but it kept the same model of the original weapon. Then I tried changing the HUD file with my own model but in FPSC it would not show my model. Can anyone help me?
