Sorry to burst your bubble but what Higgins said was sarcasm.

Give a man some bullets, and he'll want a gun. Give a man a gun and he'll be giving away the bullets!!

Even I barely know how to model right and all you did was create some shapes.

It is a start and also what you would learn for the first few gut wrenching months of a 3d max course.

There is also a sticky on how to convert 3ds files to x files. You can make 3ds files by clicking file > export > save as 3ds.

Isnt it scary that Iam being nice to some one?

i love the way your just using the primitive shapes in 3ds max, lol, learn to edit them, not every model comes as a primitive

you must be eager to start modelling, you can find some great tutorials on [href]www.tutorialized.com[/href]

Making default shapes with 3DS Max isn't anything speacial. My first model was a TV cabnet thing with alot of boxes but still looked cool.

Hi,

If you have 3d studio max, go to this link http://www.andytather.co.uk/Panda/directxmax_downloads.aspx

If you don't have max then .. I have no idea!

I believe Toy Story One was made with 3D Max. So you know its worth the money if pixar used it.

3ds Max is expensive isn't it?That is why a lot of modelers use programs like Milkshape. We would all have Max if it was afforable.
