u need a texture editor you can buy it from the game creators or somewhere else

You dont! You can use any paintprogram. Save as TGA or BMP.

Entitybank/WWII/Characters/Thug or something like that. You better remove the bumpmap, otherwise it will look strange. Remove Thug_N and then You shall replace the old texture with Your own. Now You are ready!

But in that folder there is no .TGA files. Only some .dds, .fpe, .bin,
text and bmp files! Where those damn textures are???

The .dds files are the textures--you'll need to convert them to .tga (FPSC can use both .dds and .tga files, but most of the included ones are .dds). DDS Converter 2 is your best bet, but I can't quite remember the download link. Google might yield some results.
