Hi guys,

Im' a little confused here... Will the entity maker allow
you to take one of your own animated character models and import it into the Entity Maker and thus export it as an FPSC animated entity model file for FPS Creator??? And can I also assume that you can create & animate your own character models in any modeling program out there of your choice, And thus also use the Entity Maker to import & export your character models in the proper format for FPS Creater for use? Or the worst case scenario, Do you have to own a copy of 3D Studio Max & Character Studio in order to properly export your finished character models as FPSC entity character model file for use for FPSC? Any help with these questions guys will be greatly appreciated indeed!

Thank's in advance...

Best Regards,

DoctorWho...

hi !

the model has to be in .x format. youve got to animate it yourself or use the FPSC bones. you dont even need the entity maker. just copy an existing model , rename the fpe file , change the animation frames. but...entity maker doesnt convert a model to X. youve to find a convrter or try to download .max trial and convert it. milkshape is a good program to convert models. many FPSC modellers use milkshape. but the best results ive seen were made with 3d studio.
so, all is fien if you get it right to export your animated model as an directX .X model.
hope this helps
excuse my poor english ^^

yeah...thats the ticket !
