I modeled a house this morning, based around my house. But because I didn't wanna bother with space and proportion issues with stairs...there are some changes.

well not bad. Looks like somebody drew it in paint almost. But I like how you made your house nice!

Cool. I like that building, the different entrances and levels would make it pretty cool in a fps or something

Yeah I aggree it would be good if you made a whole block of houses same kinda style, could have a nice rooftop run and balconys.

Might I just add that I think you need some more support on your extention bit. In the rear view on the left, the extention seems to hover off the side of the house? Maybe put in a wooden beam or a normal concrete/brick block there in the outside corner

The new version doesnt have the overhang.

[edit] Oh, and in the top front room, there's a couch and a chair, dunno why, just felt like putting something in there.

[edit2] This and possibly a couple more building models will be available at the 3D United Model section, whenever I get around to doing it.

Intrude, I did all the walls for doors myself though. Was a pain too...

Ah, yes, Wings. I used it before, mostly just for making 3D text though, it's pretty handy for that

nice house man i'm practicing at my modeling in wings also.(although i really stink )

@Shado: if you right click with nothing selected theres the text tool close to the bottom of the menu. there's also a box next to it. if you click on the box you can change the font and what it says too.

I just love gravity. Used to be Cagel(like anyone cares)
