I am just wondering where did everyone get their copies of FPSC.

I am not rich, so I can't afford 50$ USD, so I can't get it from the official site.
-In Ebay, the cheapest I saw is 38$.
-Then today, someone told me there was a site sell it for 50$ but have a 40$ rebates, but it ended yesterday, I missed it.

Anyone have any good site or location to buy it?

Buying from the official site is the most sure fire way you can be sure you'll receive the program. However have you tried Amazon?

Really, Tiger, that bump was unnecessary.

And I don't believe it is. Can you sell F.E.A.R over Ebay second-hand? Can you sell The Movies over Amazon second-hand? Yes, so I'd assume FPSC wouldn't be an exception.

I personally think that buying it from here is the best option,you get it delivered and via download and with the first one of my copies it got lost in the mail they had no problem rsending it to me.

I bought mine from the FPSC website in a package deal... I got FPSC, the 3D Game Maker, and the Model Pack # 1 all for about $80 U.S. My kids really like the 3D gamemaker for its ease of use, and I have been learning FPSC. Also, there are a hundreds of .x models in the 3D game maker, and I have brought some of them into my FPSC games, although I am sure they cannot be used for commercial projects.

I think they can, at least the models with T3DGM that are from Darkmatter (since you get Darkmatter 1 i think, with T3DGM)
And isnt darkmatter for use with any of TGC´s programS?

Your right, I think... Since you need to pay $500 to sell T3DGM made games, It makes sense that you can't use the models without the license...

It would be better to read the license fully... if there is no mention of the models in EVERY license they they can not legally hold you to NOT use them in other games.

What is sounds like is that they are holding you to pay $500 for the use of 3DGM, not it's models. Then again, I may be wrong.

I got mine through the site from the early adopter version. Havent played around with the 3d gamemaker for along time.. Might load it up again and make a few games real fast ! If you get into the 3d gamemaker you can do some really cool stuff with that program ya know
