Going to be a geared towards a game level, so some detail will be simplified. Not much of a town yet, but it'll get there. I'm mapping it all out on paper first.

I spent 2 hours drawing that stone texture in PS, making it tile and what-not. I just overlayed some clouds to give it color for now, but I'm gonna give it a better coloring.

looks nice, but the door looks a bit more modern than the rest of it? maybe if it were made from blocks then it would look more medieval.

So do the mullions. In medieval times very few buildings would have glass windows other than cathedrals. Your coloring and lighting are super.

Perfect Texture of Wattle-and-dab* has been removed. Sorry folks..

*Definition of wattle-and-dab ~ Most common infill was wattle-and-daub (upright branches interwoven by smaller branches and covered by a thick coat of clay mud). This method was used in half timbered houses.

hijacking threads is something that shouldnt really be an option to you. If you ask to hijack a thread, it shows a disregard or lack of knowledge in nettiquete. Its just a little offensive to most people. Our Threads are our children

Back on topic - What game is this for Phaelax?

I agree with the Star Wars geek who is currently 28 and living in his parents basement emerging every now and then to go to his next Sci-Fi convention.

some barrels.
I did get another building up with an attached windmill, but its not finished quite yet. Didn't have a chance to get as much done today as I would've liked.

barrels. Niiiiiice. The rating of a game is directly proportional to how many barrells or crates are in each scene. You get 4 out of 5 i think

I got some crates already waiting on standby.

Nevermind the background, I just wanted to see a background.

Halfway between this building and the ones seen in the other pics will be a clocktower.

Making your own textures sucks, takes too long!

This particular design was loosely based on Speke Hall in Liverpool.

Like my 1337 bushes?!
