freewebs is the best in my opinion html or easy site builder xeeblo is weird if you dont post in the forums you get your account suspended what kind of rules is that

If you google for "free web hosting" you get a list of sites.BTW while Filefront is slightly functional getting it to upload your files or downloading someone else's can send you to the funny farm.
I am currently using Savefile to host my files.

I use Microsoft IIS its free with windows XP. You will have to configure your firewall if you have one.
