Im not sure if this is the right place but ill post here anyway.

What do you all think would be the best level/landscape editor to get. ive looked at T.ed but im not sure if it can import 3d models like buildings and stuff. if you could tell me about some different programs that would be great. Thanks

If you took 2 seconds, you could find loads of links to it by searching these forums or on google.

Also, there's been a specific rule stating that there should be no "Whats the best modeller?" threads, now, I'm not a hard ass or anything but I've got to agree with this rule, the modeller depends on your preferences and style of modelling solely, nobody else can tell you which is best.

Don't buy any of that unless you really know what you are doing. Get 3DWS is you are a beginner.

I dont think what he asked was such a bad thing, cause he did say that he was unsure if this was the right forum.

Like Musashi said, fork out for blender, its worth it.

Definately, listen to use and you may waste a few grand, but in the end isn't it worth it?
