what is it ?
a utility I created for guitar players,singers or anyone who needed an analog type music pitcher
what it does - ^^^^flawlessly pitches wav (16bit@44,100) or mp3 (128kbs) to exactly 1 or 2 semitones (2 guitar frets) up or down

Unfortunately, no matter what file I tried to load I got a "file does not exist" error.

I bet your thinking like a programmer and typing in the file extensions - try loading the file without typing in the file extension -
for example : if you want to load a wav file named song1.wav simply type in "song1"
if you have a file named song1.mp3 simply type in "song1"
if you have a file named song2.wav simply type in "song2"
...ecct....

for those still getting a file does not exist message I point you to #4 of this small portion of the manual -
see above post for complete explanation , {so if you type in the file extension the file wont exist )
additionally , the file name is not case sensitive.

Installation & Getting Started
1. Create a new folder with any name you would like
2. After unzipping the file place the executable in the folder
3. copy any wav or mp3 files you wish to use with the program to the folder
4. double click the progam to begin. After the program launches click on the load button and type in the file name of the file you wish to load. You do not have to specify whether it is a wav or mp3 file when typing in the file you wish to load.
