I use www.savefile.com to upload my files to.It's quicker to upload than Filefront and someone can actually download your files from there.
Of course,there is Filefront (yeech!) and Freewebs.I don't know if any of these work with your FTP client though.
I am sure there are plenty of others and I am pretty sure some of my fellow forum members will post some more sites shortly.

Make a website first on a crappy free one
then go to http://mondaysdhosting.com/ and ask if you amy put your site there
